A person who feels lethargic has no energy and doesn't really want to do anything. Sometimes lethargy is a symptom of illness. It can also be a symptom of stress, lack of sleep, boredom, or poor nutrition.


You may eat them for quick energy, but eating too many of these can cause lethargy.
