Welding is the joining of two or more like materials by heating them in such a way that they become one. Do you like to work with your hands? Do you like to work with metal? Do you like to build things? Then maybe a career in welding is for you. Welding touches everyone’s life everyday and most of us don’t realize it. Virtually everything man made has welding involved in it either directly or indirectly - from the cars we drive and the homes we live in to the school desks you sit in every day. Welding is the way we as humans change our environment to make it better.
