		Project Lead the Way PLTW's goal is to increase the number, quality, and diversity of the engineers and technologists graduating from our educational system. PLTW's classroom instruction , generally one-third theory and two-thirds application, gives students meaningful, hands-on experience in problem-solving, teamwork, and project-based learning. They also have the opportunity to earn college credit for their work.
