The WTCC Cooperative Education Program is designed primarily for 12th grade students. It combines work-readiness preparation, related occupational classroom instruction, and work site training. This combination relates to a student's occupational training program or occupational objective. Upon completion of the program, the graduates are prepared to continue employment in their particular occupational choice or to continue study in a vocational or technical post-secondary program often with advanced placement. The student will earn 3 credits per semester while attending WTCC as scheduled and working a minimum average of 15 hours per week in his/her chosen occupational field. |
